  Masses of products, easy to use site and good information on products. My order arrived very promptly and was well packed everything was in excellent condition, including the set of Conte a Paris pastels. Prices are very competitive - there are some excellent bargains to be had. Am disappointed that I.D is required for pressurised cans of fixative - I don't possess a passport or drivers license but am well over 18 yrs and obviously have a credit card in my name. So have to purchase this item elsewhere. Otherwise a great company and website. Definitely recommended.

  Hello, I'm so sorry your order didn't arrive when expected. I've now looked into your order and can see it was a Gift Voucher and can understand how frustrating this is when often the date is so important for a special occasion. I've looked into this for you and can see that there was a glitch in our system so the Gift Voucher email did not automatically send out (or maybe ended up in a Junk folder).   Ordered an easel and some canvases. The easel (in the sale) was extremely good value and is a quality product. Easy enough to put together. Order was delivered very quickly by good couriers. Kept informed of delivery often and given a two hour window so I didn't need to stay in needlessly

  The sales manager has been honest and helpful in resolving the problem with the warehouse packers. A second delivery of Arches paper has arrived to replace the original order which had arrived damaged. Because of totally inappropriate packing, the replacement paper is dented and creased so that the sheets cannot be used at full size. All I can do is cut it up to small sizes. I would have bought small if that’s what I’d wanted.

We're truly sorry to hear about the condition of the replacement Arches paper. Your experience with the packaging is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I've had another chat with our warehosue manager and we're going to pack these items even better in an attempt to stop the Carriers from damaging this lovely paper.   Beautifully packaged and arrived in pristine condition. Superb quality oil paints rich in colour and creamy smooth. The oil pastels have a superb range of colours and can be laid down like a whisper or boldly smeared on the paper. They blend wonderfully

  I wasn't aware of Coeling and Wilcox until I started looking online for some new brushes. They had a great offer on s mixed pack which I bought and were excellent quality. I then had a bit more of a look on their site and they have a fantastic range of products which I'm now working my way through. The delivery is always quick and easy and the product quality great Highly recommended

  I was trying to locate one particular type of pen, 'urgently' needed by a 13 year old aspiring artist as part of a birthday present. I was very impressed by the speed of delivery and by the care taken by, I think, Megan, to ensure it arrived on time. It was only a very small order and I am sure anyone placing a much larger one would be just as satisfied by the service received.

  Trying to order on an iPhone is not as easy as on my laptop. Consequently there was a problem with my order.   I was notified when the product was back in stock. When ordered it was dispatched promptly. It seemed to be with the courier some while before they actually delivered it and one small piece was damaged but cowling and wilcox dealt with it promptly and replaced the damaged part

  Very good, they were attentive, helpful and communicative . For my order there had to be one amendment due to them not having the stock readily available, but promptly helped to address this. Received it in a timely fashion. My only bug bear was that there was so much plastic tape on the box and it would have been nice if they were more eco-concious or sustainable with their packaging. But definitely recomendable

  Whilst I would like to give 5 stars there was a couple of issues with this order. I did ask if the order dispatch could be delayed until 28/5 as I was away but it was sent immediately causing the second problem- EVRI left the package on my doorstep in full view of the street. Thankfully my postman is good and he hid it for me.
