  Thank you for taking the time to review us. I spoke to Megan in our customer service team and she explained we had a temporary glitch in our system where the Standard carrier was not available. This was because your order came to exactly £50 (we had up to £50 and over £50 covered but not exactly £50) and so the regular option was not displayed as it should. I'm so sorry this happened but, you'll be pleased to know, this has now been rectified. Thank you for your understanding!

  Thank you, but the details were not exactly as you have described. The total order at the time was for only £24.95. As I received a satisfactory outcome in the end, there is no need to explain further. I hope you have now resolved the problem with there only being the higher postage option available to customers.   Good products at reasonable prices. But the packaging it came in - a massive carton filled with literally rubbish! Old bits of various plastic , torn card and carton, random papers… the carton had been crushed and did not protect the contents in any way.
