  There is an excellent variety of materials at very competative prices and the website is easy to navigate. Subsequent delivery was efficient and the goods were packed such that they could not be damaged in any way. Communication very good, especially when I was confused regarding the use of gift voucher, maybe the procedure could have been less so for an old stumbly like myself. But probably fine for someone more switched on than I.

  I ordered something and realised when I got it that I had ordered incorrectly. I requested a return in accordance with the Online and Distance selling regulations, of course I was happy to pay return postage as it was my mistake, but Cowling and Wilcox refused the return. I have emailed them back saying that I have the right to a 14 day cooling off period under the regulations but nobody has replied. I would definitely not recommend Cowling and Wilcox .

We were having a few technical issues with our returns system around the time you requested to return your goods and instead of us authorising it (as we, of course, should have) our system rejected it.   Great communication great service. Love the products I received from you. Buying canvas from you is difficult though. As you've changed how you used to set them out. And you used to sell the bigger sizes 48×60inch canvases but you don't seem to have them anymore only small canvases.

  The site was easy to navigate and I plac3d an order for several oil paints as the price was far better than anywhere else I had looked. My only negative comment concerns the very slow delivery which was made via RoyalMail and took well over a week. Most online orders are despatched within 2-3 days so this was frustrating. However I will buy from Cowling and Wilcox again if their prices remain so competitive.

  ordering the easels was pretty straight forward. The website is easy to navigate and easy to use and place orders. Easels were in good conditions, however I paid for next day and priority delivery but the delivery company didn't fulfil the expectations, I got the order 2 days after I was supposed to get the order and was quite late as this was meant to use in a presentation, they arrive once the presentation finished so unfortunately I feel that I lost money in the delivery service.
