  I'm so sorry we had so many issues with your order. I understand you paid twice as you paid by credit card and Paypal. We asked for a refund to be issued but, unfortunately, our accounts lady was on holiday at the time. I can only apologise for the delay in this. I believe your payment has now been refunded. Could you please confrim this is the case from your end? You said the goods took forever to send. We do endeavour to send deliveries out within 24 hours but sometimes there is a little delay. In your case, your goods were sent out within 2 working days and was delivered on a Tracked service within another day. So, I'm afraid I can't see that we did a lot wrong here.   Thank you for your review. To be honest, I'm a bit bemused by it. The Product name says it's "Single Sizes", the description says it's "Individual Sword Liner brushes". The image is useful to show the different sizes available: small, medium and large. When you choose your product, you have to choose which size you require. I think this all adds up to a pretty clear idea that this is one brush not 3. This quality brush is only £5 so this is far from expensive. If you're not happy with this brush, please return it to us (at your expense) and we'll be happy to refund you for this item. Kind regards, Guy.

  Though it took a while for me to receive my Winsor and Newton paints but they ate really good quality and also not too expensive. I've bought a cheaper version of Acrylics before now, but Winsor and Newton are something different the pigment and overall quality are great to work with and well worth the money!!! I would definately recommend!!!

  Excellent selection of materials, easy web site to navigate and simple process for purchase and delivery, safely packaged. Liked the brown paper packaging, but maybe not the bubble wrap.
