  Ordered a pack of Windsor and Newton pens. Fast, efficient delivery and regular email updates. Some of the pens had leaked a bit so I contacted Cowling and Wilcox to see what could be done. The response I got was fantastic, very human, empathetic and personal. They sent replacement pens immediately with no questions asked. Couldn't believe the high level of customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again

  Very easy to use website. Winsor & Newton 200ml tubes of oil paint plus a couple of palettes were ordered. Sale prices on the oil paint, almost half price. (They were half price after I had bought them!!). Very prompt service, and the parcel was delivered 48 hours after placing the order. I’ve used Cowling & Wilcox on previous occasions, and will definitely use them again in the future.

  Initially there was a problem with part of my order getting lost in transit. Customer service was excellent and Megan sorted out a replacement product. Unfortunately then it appears that it was out of stock but this was not flagged up to Megan and so I never received the product. When I flagged this up when asked to review cowling and wilcox they couldn't have been more apologetic and have since kept in contact to make sure I received the replacement order. As the size of varnish I'd ordered was out of stock they sent me a larger size at no extra cost. Very good customer service. I will definitely be ordering again.

  I found your young lady on the telephone very helpful indeed. She changed the delivery date for me and was very kind. The easel is absolutely beautiful.
