  The gold card I ordered is OK but thinner than I expected, however I paid for next day delivery which was expensive and it didn't arrive until a week later. I think it was dispatched on time but the delivery company DHL failed to keep to schedule! So if you really need something the next day, see who the delivery company is!

  Delivery was swift. Product good. It was difficult to find what I was looking for on the site. When I wanted a large piece of canvas it kept going to a page with judt one small stretched canvas on and no option to choose from a range. I nearly gave up.

  I had a problem with an easel that was delivered. It was impossible to put the easel together as there was a structural fault. This took some time to resolve - however customer services were very helpful in trying to resolve this with descriptions over a phonecall - particularly as I have impaired hearing. Eventually on the third phonecall the matter was resolved very satisfactorily.

  Thanks . I didn't get in touch with customer service as I needed the canvas urgently and have painted on one of then so though that it wouldn't be possible to return just one of the two. If I can return the faulty ine that would be great .
