  I got a fake notice saying that the parcel had not been delivered so I sent a negative review. In fact the service was excellent becasue the parcel was sent via Royal Mail - slow but 100% reliable - and posted through my letter box. Well done.

  They are quick and the delivery was as promised. The package was a little knocked on arrival, but every single pot of paint (500ml pots) was well bubble wrapped, so they obviously know the packaging gets slightly knocked about!

I spoke to our customer service team to explore what happened and was told our Courier let us both down on this occasion. Having badgered them for days they re-found your parcel and finally delivered on 05/09/22. As you know, it took them way too long to deliver your order. Our Couriers are normally excellent but there is the odd delivery which goes horribly astray. I'm so sorry this happened to you.   It took three weeks for order to arrive. I had to call the twice to chase it, an send several emails. They didn’t have two of the items I ordered in stock but still advertised them as available on the website. Very disappointing.

  Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you had such a poor experience with us. I've investigated this with our customer service team and they've told me that, unusually, our system's figures were incorrect on this product. We were due a container full of these types of canvas very soon (which were delayed due to delivery issues) and we mistakenly didn't check if the container included your size and type of canvas. Unfortunately, they were not included. I'm so sorry we let you down on this occasion as our communication should have been much better. This was unacceptable service and at no stag was I offered an update or a resolution, I had to call in myself to chase my order and come up with a solution.
