  The site also definetly user friendly. It's easy to locate the products you want ,the basket isn't complicated to decide on amounts of products, the total keeps you up to date with your shopping. Products are added on constantly so you're always up on new products or colour options.

  My delivery of a fine detail canvas was prompt, but when it arrived there was damage to the packing materials and a bruised canvas within. I managed to save the canvas, but I did report this back to C&W, to which they promptly offered me a partial refund, which was most generous, so I will definitely use them again after such good and prompt customer care.

  There was an unfortunate mix up and the parcel was delivered to the wrong address (which was a shame as it was a Birthday present). However, the customer service team were prompt and helpful.....I do hope the option to clearly indicate a 'gift address' will be much simpler in future.
