  Incredibly fast service! 3 days from placing the order to receiving it from the postman. I have used Cowling & Wilcox previously, and their service is always superb. Into the bargain, this Company offered the best price for the Winton oil colours.

  Overall web experience and ease of ordering was excellent. Delivery was all's timely and pens were as expected in good condition. Only issue was the thin bubble type bag the product was packaged in, I would have expected a quality product to have been packaged more substantially. That said, as I stated the product did not come to any harm, but that doesn't mean it could not.

  Order came quickly and was well packaged which is important with art materials. I ordered 2x A2 folders together with 2 pads of A2 paper.   Thank you for taking the time to review us. I've spoken to our warehouse manager and he and I can only apologise. Your order was fairly unuual in size and products so our packer made the wrong decision in how to pack it. We've given him some more training to help him make better decisions with regards to these trickier parcels. I understand there was some confusion regarding the courier as, I believe, dates changed near to pickup. Once again, I'm so sorry for all the inconvenience and I hope you believe me when I say I feel this was a mistake we' don't think will happen again and I hope you can feel you could use us again for any future transactions.   The product will be fine, if it ever gets here! I can't fault the dispatch department; my order was processed and despatched quickly and efficiently. However, some ten days later I am still waiting. I had to cancel a workshop on Friday as the inks I needed hadn't arrived in time. Perhaps I have been spoiled by Amazon and the SAA where next day delivery is the norm but waiting over a week for delivery from within the UK is ludicrous. I strongly suggest that C&W change their carriers.

We send all of our parcels out on a next day service so the fact you still haven't received your goods 10 days after they left us is ridiculous.
