  I have been buying material from them for a long time, nothing wrong: efficient people, when I buy brushes the best I can find is Da Vinci's Forte! Forget the name they are made in Germany, I am Italian painter but not near to what Leonardo was! But I know what I am doing and what I am choosing

  Our order arrived severely damaged by the carrier. However, when I reported this with accompanying photos the response from Cowling and Wilcox was excellent. Chris provided a prompt response and really friendly and efficient customer service. The damaged items were replaced and an additional item included as a gesture of goodwill . It’s most unusual but very welcome to have such a personal response to a query.
