  Delivery was extremely poor. ‘Next day delivery’ did not arrive for a week, which was not only inconvenient but lost me money while waiting for it to start work on a painting. Very stressful. Product was good.

  The colour wheel 'does what it says on the box'. It's very handy to use when mixing colours. I've used the fixative aerosol once - put two layers on a piece of artwork that I used chalk on and it fixed the colours well. Good delivery service - parcel arrived within a few days of ordering.

  A nice selection of products, reasonably priced. Swift delivery was let down somewhat by store packaging; The folio I ordered arrived misshapen. I'd advise Cowling & Wilcox wrap shipments in more than one single sheet of brown paper. 4/5

  You won’t get “next day delivery” if you order after 2pm on a Friday which is odd and I wish I’d recognised this sooner before ordering. I waited for my delivery during my covid isolation and didn’t get it until the following Tuesday which was disappointing. I’m yet to use the products but they look pleasing/good quality from the outset
