  Paid for next day shipping and they sent it standard, which affected a time-sensitive order on my end. Item wasn't securely enough packaged (just a layer of bubble wrap and paper), which left one corner to be slightly dented. Not ideal for a presentation box.

  I'm new to Cowling and Wilcox and put my first order in on line a couple of weeks ago. I must say I've had an excellent experience so far despite seeing some negative reviews on Trust Pilot. I found the website easy to navigate and there's a really good range of products and price points to choose from. I noticed that that there was an offer to help made very visible on the website and was pleasantly surprised at the suggestion to call rather than 'chat' to a machine!. I spoke to Chris who was really helpful, I told him that i was concerned about delivery times and my products arrived the next day which happened to be my birthday. I will certainly shop here again in the future.
