  I ordered a set of "Gelly Roll" Bright White Pens online. I got an email next day saying that they were out of stock and they would need to get it back from one of their other shops, did I want to wait or do I want a refund? I said wait and they had the pens delivered quicker than most firms without the hiccup. So 5 stars for service and communication.

  5/5, amazing service. There was a slight delay with my order but the response to my query on it was prompt, friendly and informative. My order still arrived in very good time to an EU country, despite all that’s going on at the moment. It was all top notch quality and at some of the best prices I have found online, including shipping costs. I’ll definitely be ordering from Cowling & Wilcox again.

  Maybe we are just spoiled by the likes of Amazon and expect fast delivery. The delivery time was good but I do recall when I got the dispatched email through thinking, "What they have only dispatched that now" its just a small thing though as the delivery arrived in good condition, communication was good as we're the products and the items were fairly priced. I will shop here again and would recommend them to others

  Everything was perfectly fine. Website works well. Etc. Except my order somehow was stuck by some kind of technical hitch. I wasn’t in a hurry fortunately but after a few weeks I checked order history and found that my order was ‘awaiting stock’. Nothing was labelled as out of stock when I purchased it. They responded to my enquiry quite quickly and reset the order which arrived promptly.
