  I found the website say to use, there is a good range of products at a variety of price points. Despatch was almost immediate and delivery wasn’t extremely speedy. Parcel was well packed and the products are great.

  Excellent variety of artist's equipment for different mediums. Delivery very quick as well. The only downside is that the online store items often go out of stock quickly, so you have to pick the right time to be shopping.

I've also tracked your parcel and was dismayed to find it was delivered on 14/03 (11 days after it was despatched). I'm so sorry Royal Mail took so long to deliver your goods. They're generally pretty good at the moment but they do still have their moments when things take a lot longer than we'd all like.   I phoned their office to ask about their paper. The girl was very nice and friendly but didn't know about the product so asked someone and they assured me the paper was white rather than parchment - it wasn't! So a waste of time really.

  Purchasing process on the site was super simple. Paid for Next Day, however was processed on the weekend so confirmation stated 1 day late on postage. Partial refund was provided as soon as i called. Great Service. Products all perfect.
