  Site was good, customer service was OK although there was a slightly delayed response advising the product was not immediately in stock. My main issue is the non-arrival of my order which might be the fault of the carrier. I was originally advised of a probable delay and then two separate dates for delivery both of which were not met. At the time of writing I have not received the order and have no revised delivery date. I appreciate it is Christmas, but other ordering and delivery options are performing much better than this during the same period.
