Verified reviewall my favourite brands are in there. Such a lovely online stockist. My order placed and delivered directly. Very helpful online helpdesk. Unfortunately, the item had to be returned and the cost which. in the client's responsibility -I am ok with this -- is too high. If there were a standard and lower delivery cost for returns to pay (through a settlement with the delivery service) I would definitely choose smallable, otherwise I will not opt for smallable again. Sorry :(

Verified reviewThe product they sent was moulded and scary, they wanted me to send pictures and I tried to 15 times but they kept saying they did not receive it. I am so disappointed and I feel really really cheated that I must pay for return postage on an expired product. I have called and called, sometimes they just hung up, other times they listened and said I should send photos which I did! At first I thought what a lovely site and there were many things to be enthused about but now I think they are not really interested in satisfying their costumers. I want to return the products but I feel I should not pay for postage since I am not at fault! They just say that is not their policy! I think maybe others received this product before me and they are making money on sending it on and not caring that it maybe is a heath issue with mould. Non caring company, I will be posting pictures on social media, then they can see the pictures there!

Verified reviewTwo products of different colors were delivered differently from the order. I praise the fast delivery. Instead, the accuracy is poor. Since it is a long-distance country, it is cumbersome to exchange it, so I will just use it.

Verified reviewSmallable customer service is very poor. I love the website and I was very happy with my order but delivery to the UK is very expensive. It was difficult to find information on the website regarding delivery to the UK so I was surprised to find out that before I could receive my delivery from Smallable I had to pay a charge to DPD. This was not mentioned on the Smallable website. I did find a section on the website where I could get a refund for custom charges. I did this and sent in the required information. I got an email to say they required more information which I sent but I have had no response since even though I have sent several emails to follow up. Ignoring customer emails is bad customer service. I am very disappointed with the service I have received and I will not be shopping with Smallable again.
