Verified reviewI had to pay shipping back myself. They should have mentioned this when ordering the item. I registered the return but never got the return voucher which seems that i need to include in the package.i will not order from here again. The products were good but service is bad

Verified reviewIm an international customer and the free shipping is very nice, however…. The product I ordered is not to my liking and the cost is double for me to send it back… so now I have a product I don’t want. I wish they had a better return policy and showed more photos. If I had seen the product from a few more views I would have known it wasn’t right for my needs.

Verified reviewThe delivery was fast but costly ($11). I noticed an error in my order and tried to change it or cancel right away but couldn’t. I ordered shoes that are too small and I need to return. The customer has to pay for returning the items even though there is an initial high delivery fee. Overall, Smallable is not customer friendly. I have ordered in the past and it always leaves me with that love hate feeling. Want to love it, love all the items but I hate the whole process. I won’t order again.

Verified reviewOrdering from a foreign website can be a bit unnerving, but they had by far the best price around, and in a color I couldn't find anywhere else, so I took a chance. Well, they got it from Paris, France to Michigan, U.S.A. in THREE DAYS. I was shocked. It was also packed well and even payment was a breeze through PayPal. Highly recommended.
