Verified reviewI usually order from Smallable for the family… this time I ordered a pair of boots for myself. I apparently made a mistake writing the address: I wrote POFTUGAL instead of PORTUGAL. It drove me in a situation of parcel being blocked. When I reached out to Smallable, I was told that I misspelled the address and the carrier couldn’t find where to go… really? I guess it was very hard to guess that it was Portugal… I asked if my package would return to Smallable and been se t again to me. And the answer shocked me at the highest. “When the boots will come back here, I cannot garantie that they will be for you as they are now out of stock’ So even if you buy an item, with money, you don’t have any garantie that it will be for you: What kind of store do that??? Anyway, I managed by myself, to get my parcel to my address. And you Smallable was 24hours late on the matter. Not happy at all with the service.

Verified reviewWe are big fans. We love the selection of clothes and shoes. We appreciate how quickly the packages are delivered. All the clothes we have ordered in past are too small usually so we order clothes that are for kids 2 or 3 years older now. Our son is slender and of average height though so it’s odd.

Returns are a problem as I live in the US and I just found as it was the first time I was returning something that I have to pay for the shipping of my items that I am returning and I think the shipping will cost more than what I paid for the items.
