Verified reviewI was very impressed with Smallable customer service. The order detailed guaranteed Christmas delivery but of course, delays can sometimes happen that are out of anyones control. I received an email in advance of contacting Smallable with a detailed apology and offering a refund of my delivery fee given the circumstances. I was impressed with this proactive approach

Verified reviewI have never had an experience like this. I have received email stating that one item from my order is out of stock and cannot be shipped. And after 2 minutes another email came with confirmation that the rest of the order was shipped. They never give me a chance to add something to my order to replace missing item, or amend it or cancel. I mean what if that missing item was the one I made the whole order for? Or maybe I don’t need a gift pouch anymore? It’s a really weird customer service. Otherwise nice selection and reasonable international shipping rates.
