Verified reviewAfter almost 3 weeks of waiting my order is not even sent, although their website mention that the item is shipped in 24h, customer service gives me usual "we will check with the wearhouse", but nothing happened again for 3 days. Just unacceptable!

Verified reviewMy order shipped fairly quickly. I had read an obnoxious message in all capitals on the website about making sure your item was satisfactory before the shipping company left, because otherwise Smallable wouldn’t be responsible. I checked my package when DHL arrived. The package was open and the item was missing. I refused it. They followed up via text and email asking me why I had refused it. I told them and asked them what I should do next. They said they’d notified the company. For a week, I didn’t hear anything. I kept asking them what I should do and got no answer. I contacted Smallable and they told me they were never notified I did not receive my order. They asked for a “sworn statement” that I hadn’t receive the package in order to be able to send me another one. I did, and received no acknowledgment of receipt. I still don’t know what’s going on or what is going to happen. The item was supposed to be a special Christmas gift, and I could have just bought it somewhere else if I had been kept informed of all the problems that happened with my order. I want my money back. I will not be using or in any way recommending Smallable at all. I’m used to superb customer service in the United States.
