Verified reviewI had a bit of a chock when I was asked to pay over 50$ in custom fees. That has nothing to do with your organization but it makes your goods out of my budget reach. I cannot really spend over 150$ on a cotton baby blanket. NOT YOUR FAULT. NOT MY FAULT. The market is not totally globally open.

Verified reviewTook order and charged the customer. Sent several email to advise that item was on its way. One/two weeks later, sends an email that item is out of stock. Poor review because customer wasted two/three weeks only to be told the item was not available. Customer could have been looking elsewhere as this was a birthday present.

Verified reviewItem never received. Even after I contacted the store about the current situation, i have not hear from them yet. Website says the item can be shipped within 24 hours but it has not been shipped for more than 2 weeks. If it was like this, I could have purchased it from somewhere else.
