Verified reviewSmallable offers a very broad selection of sustainable brands, and that is why I am already a client for almost 10 years now. They have evolved a lot over this period. Over the years, they increasingly improved the processing of orders and returns, as well as optimised their customer service which first was the worst I have ever experienced but now evolved to a very responsive, kind and supportive group. The only thing I miss is a loyalty program, something you see on other online platforms - but maybe this is something to come :-)

Verified reviewI would love to rate the lamp for you but I still haven’t received it - despite ordering it on 23 November. DHL have been trying without success to contact Smallable for whatever paperwork is missing to clear customs. I have emailed Smallabe now twice with no response. I eventually got through on the helpline but they haven’t called me back yet. DHL have now advised that they can’t hold it any longer and will be returning it to Smallable.

Verified reviewEven though their website says the item is shipped within 24 hours, they send out the item after 2 weeks. I have one more order waiting but it has been in progress for more than 2 weeks as well. They should not mention what they cannot handle.

Verified reviewI never received the clock item for my order. Contacted customer service, said they would resend it but haven't received it. Not sure I would purchase from you again as I would fear it happening again. The item was $18....just send it. It's not a $400 clock. It was not in the box.

Verified reviewTerrible. I'm so disappointed as this order was intended as a Christmas gift for my son. Order came in a large bag with no protective packaging. Was broken into 3 pieces. Have contacted via email for assistance several times, sending pictures of damaged item, but none is forthcoming. Tried to call the support numbers offered in the automated email acknowledging my support request but long hold times are seemingly never ending. I hold and hold, and eventually get disconnected. Would never use this company again, their products looks lovely but whats the point if they arrive broken and no one is willing to help you.

Verified reviewUnfortunately there are always custom charges to Switzerland but there is no comparable site for kids clothes also when you try to buy sustainable brands and high quality. Expensive yes, but these are clothes that will be passed on through several children
