Verified reviewItems still not arrived. Customs declaration was incorrectly described by scalable export department as "jacket", it was a selection of children's clothes. Due to this I have had to pay 20% vat at customs (no vat on children's clothes) ands there has been major delays. still don't know when the parcel will arrive.

Verified reviewThis order was a gift for my niece in Canada. When the order arrived, I was contacted to pay for custom fee. I was pleasantly surprised that Smallable offers custom fee return service. I went through the proper procedure on the website. A representative contacted me the next day and arranged for a return for me! I was blown away by the great service and efficiency. Very very happy with my order. Great experience. Thank you.

Verified reviewMy order never arrived. I contacted the shipping carrier first to try trace it, but they made it almost impossible to do so. I then emailed Smallable, but no reply. Now my order is being sent back to them! I gave the correct address, so this is very frustrating.

Verified reviewAs I live in UK, I was charged import duty and VAT. The item I ordered cost approx £200. I was charged an extra £65. This was payable to the courier. Smallable should have told me about these extra charges or included them in the price of the item.

Verified reviewI love smaller bowl because of their selection of clothing, and also because of the fact you can get a lot of French products you can’t find in the United States. The really big downside is the return policy. I have been burned several times by receiving something that does not fit and then being faced with the choice to either send it back for upwards of $60-$100, or keep a wrong sized item. Every time this happens I say that I won’t order from there again, but I usually end up breaking down because I find some thing too cute for a good price and roll the dice once again…..
