Verified reviewI ordered an item that I expected to wait for. Then, within a few days, I had an email from the ‘CEO’ apologising for a delay and saying I could cancel. I felt wary that it may not be a genuine company because of that email so cancelled my order, although I still wanted the item. I didn’t feel it was a good shopping experience and couldn’t understand why I received the email purporting to be from the CEO

Verified reviewMy experience shopping at Smallable is absolutely horrible and disappointing. I ordered a pair of adult shoes, but I received a pair of children's shoes. I contacted customer service and was told I had to first return the received item, then they'll send the pair I ordered. After they received the return item, they told me the pair I ordered went out of stock, so they refunded me but failed to refund the whole amount (price for the shoes shipping). I am still chasing them for the shipping refund til this day. This has been a total waste of time and energy dealing with them and it is costing me money with nothing in return. I will not recommend Smallable to anyone.
