Verified reviewVery poor quality and I even received a defective and broken stitches of interior. I reported and complained about it and I was offered a 35% off the full price which is for me still unacceptable because when I decided to return it I have to pay for the shipping costs so instead I just accepted the 35% off refund. I will never buy from them again because the quality of the products are very poor for its price.

Verified reviewMy package was lost. Customer service is slow to respond. And now asking for a hand written letter with my signature and a document of identity to resend a new package. Feels very fishy. Just looked up other reviews and this company has terrible track record. Wish I knew before placing an order. Fingers crossed that I will get a refund!
