    The delivery timescales were not correct and because the product was coming from outside the UK, I had to pay £40 levy on top of the overall cost of the product. This was not communicated to me before I purchased this product, therefore I was disappointed when I found this out, as the product I purchased was quite expensive.

    Customer support was very bad. No reaction, not finding any solution or compensation and a bit rude. I’m a good customer paid 30 euro for shipping and return and. Had no communication. This is not what I expect from a great shop.

    Shipping got on hold and got sent back to Smallable and no one did anything till I called back, very time consuming to deal with customer service for international customers. Also got charged duties twice and still awaiting refund for half of the duties. Not convenient for international customers, perhaps for EU customers its better.

    First time I use smallable.com. Was happy to find otherwise sold out Birkenstocks in my size. They arrived in perfect condition in a very reasonable amount of time despite coming from overseas. Got a cute tote as a bonus!
