Verified reviewI have not received my order - it is three weeks late. Smallable do not even seem to be able to locate where it is. Really not impressed. Have been a very good customer with this site and am very disappointed. I'd advise not buying larger items (cots etc.) from them.

Verified reviewPoor online shopping experience. First of all, be aware of duty taxes, which is collected after the product is shipped. They do not give you the estimate collection of duty taxes. Prices were not cheap after I paid the duty taxes. Second of all, EUR sizes are misleading on the website, I ordered wrong size because I mistaken EUR size as US size. As I wanted to return them, I found out I have to pay for return fee and the shipping fee from Canada to France is more than what I paid for the shoes. Hence, I had to keep the shoes for nothing. Overall, I highly recommend to shop with online stores that are duty taxes free and offer free returns.

Verified reviewDo not buy from the company. They supplied a faulty product and when contacted about it they said they didn't have this product in stock anymore and could only give us a partial refund. They gave us 40% of our money back for an item that does not have any use. A huge waste of money.
