Verified reviewReally unhappy with the service. Though I got a refund without a delay so the second star is for that. After I put the order, I heard nothing for a week. Only got a response and a confirmation that it had been shipped after my second chaser message. Then the delivery company marked it as delivered when it wasn't. Upon emailing yet again I was told the order was for some reason returned to smallable. Then, they said they cannot find the order and cannot send the exact items again because some of them were out of stock. At that point I chose to have them all refunded because I had zero confidence that shipping them again would mean they'd reach me. The refund arrived promptly and I was given free delivery for my next order but I will not be ordering from this website ever again. Shame because the products are lovely.

Verified reviewGreat product selection and friendly customer service. However, note that for UK customers, customs duties are now making purchases prohibitive from most European-based retailers. Sadly, aftwr many years of being a Smallable customer, I will likely have to find other options.

Verified reviewI contacted Smallable before I purchased my item to make sure it was in stock as I needed it for a birthday. I was told it was in stock and it would be sent out to me as soon as I placed my order. Than nothing. I emailed several times asking for updates, only to receive vague answers. Delivery took over three weeks, and throughout all that time nobody at Smallable could give me a tracking number or an estimated delivery date. The service was extremely disappointing.

Verified reviewI'm utterly discussed by irresponsible customer service! I have been overcharged the import duty because smallable put the wrong order total on my parcel. I was charged over 50% of import duty (which for the UK is only 20%!). Smallable still hasn't explained their problem and no refund received yet! Definitely not going to. shop on smallable again if they don't give me an answer!

Verified reviewI'm a UK customer (didn't know it wasn't a UK business) so now being asked to pay an additional £39 on a £200 order which I was never told about as import tax. Tried emailing and I was told in French that, that email doesn't work. Tried calling and after 15 minutes a French message was relayed that I didn't quite understand but the phone then went blank after that so I assume it said we're not taking calls. Its an expensive site so I expect a better level of service and although their products look good its delivery and customer service needs to catch up dramatically.
