Verified reviewI don't think this company is set up to deal with sales outside of France. They represent a nice selection of companies but, for example, they don't offer gift cards in a manner that is recognizable to an American consumer, and they ask for things that are considered not-secure to be sent over the Internet, such as a scan of your driver's license and credit card. The experience of dealing with them was extremely stressful. My daughter also tried to buy a gift card and it was never provided, and they refused to give her a refund.

Verified reviewRead the reviews and was happy the more positive ones rung true! There was no hassle getting my tracking information and my product came earlier than expected! Did have to pay a bit of duty on top of shipping but it was a small price to pay for the gorgeous rollerskates I bought. Don't let the odd contacting format scare you; totally worth ordering from again 👍🏼

Verified reviewGood products but really awful return policy. Complicated, the boxes are really big, so returning a pair of shoes becomes incredibly expensive. Whenever there has a been a mistake regarding an order from Smallable's team, the process is lengthy and disruptive for me, the client. Not ideal post sales service.

Verified reviewNice products, but I got my (in stock) products without any relevant message after three weeks and when I wanted to return them immediately it turned out Smallable has no return service in place. I ended up paying 250 euros to return the boxes. And the reaction of Smallable was: yes, you are responsible for returns.
