Great experience with Eurofins, our samples were analysed in very short delays. However I found it a bit hard to find the Whole Plasmide Sequencing Tube service among the other sequencing options on the website.

Even though there was a small delay int eh registration of all the samples, we have sent 8 samples and there was a delay to let us know that 3 samples were too concentrated for the analysis. Also, the turnaround time to receive the results is higher than with competitors such as plasmidsaurus.

I sent some samples from a PCR to them, and I specified a purification to be done before sequencing. My results were not good. Fortunately, I had kept a sufficient volume of the PCR to do the purification myself. I calculated the concentration then sent the same samples again, and there I received fully usable sequences. I have very strong doubts as to whether the purification was carried out !!!! despite their reply in the affirmative. I would have appreciated that you specified the concentrations of the first round of samples whatever the method you use. I would appreciate a commercial discount for my next command.
