Verified reviewI ordered 3 items for a special occasion. My order took more than 3 weeks to dispatch and by the time my order finally arrived, the occasion had passed by more than 10 days and I had no need for the items I bought. Very very disappointing. As a positive, the products arrived safely and in good condition. Recommendations - the website could do more to alert buyers to final costs - once the UK duty was added, my costs were significantly greater than the successful bid price.

While a delay of this magnitude is quite rare, we do recommend ordering as early as possible during the holiday season, as this is the busiest period of the year. Finally, regarding duties and taxes, we will certainly make a note of when these are displayed during the checkout process. The reason we charge import duties upfront (DDP-style delivery) is actually a great benefit to our customers, who had previously received a separate bill from our shipping provider with little explanation. As of April 2023, thanks to our new DDP system of delivery, customers can pay their import fees upfront via an efficient and transparent process, receiving their bottles with no additional hassle at the end.
