This is one of the worst auctions I have ever participated in. They mixed my bottles up that I won in the auction and sent me someone else's auction bottles that were of far lesser value. Extremely unprofessional staff and auction

I was not given a vat refund form . And was promised to refund if I prove I left France which I did and sent them proof . Worse auctions to buy as they are not honourable in their commitment.

The bottle arrived swiftly and very well packed but with the cracked wax seal and lower level than advertised/pictured in the FP Auction. No refund/replacement offered, just 10% of the bottle bid value as the compensation. Participating in auctions in the different auction houses worldwide for two decades now and had much better experiences elsewhere.
