  Terrible . I ordered ski boots which were fine but did not fit . I transacted a return which is then processed and apparently UPS damaged the goods . I am now without ski boots and £140 has not been refunded . Tried calling both UPS and Glisshop both keep saying the other is dealing with it . Would not recommend at all - will attempt another call today to try and get my money back . Go elsewhere where they care about customers and you aren’t in danger of losing your money

  I have ordered items before and everything was very good including staff support. However this time the item was not suitable and the returns process turned into a nightmare. I had to keep chasing and I didn’t get a refund for many weeks after the confirmed delivery.

  My order package was returned to the warehouse in France by the courier and I was not notified. I only found out because I chased up the order to ask where it was. I then had to cancel the order as it was never going to arrive in time for my trip. Extremely disappointing and complete lack of customer service

  I love glisshop. Fourth pair of skis. This time delivered to Val dIsere resort a few days ahead of arriving - saving the Brexit border issues and getting there in less than 24hrs… ready for my son to ski them (same cost as hire for a week with baggage fees - so could’ve left them in the Folie Douce and still been quids in!)

  Amazing service from this online shop. I ordered ski’s and emailed a query on a Sunday evening in February. I received a response by 9am Monday morning detailing everything I needed. I received the ski’s sent from France by Friday fully set up ready to go! Excellent experience and a good price for the ski’s. Would highly recommend.
