  Returns policy is an absolute scam! I bought a pair of ski gloves relying on the return policy. When tried to go ahead, they would charge me £40 service fee (£150 total order) for something that any other courier was quoting me £10. They gave me the option to use a courier of my choice, but then rejected the delivery, forcing the parcel to return back to the UK. I'm stuck with the product. Needless to say, never again Glishop.

  To be honest, buying from a major alps supplier was more reassuring than the rip-off champers-in-the-airport-lounge-serving UK stores. Service was superb, delivery quick even with brexit and covid etc. And the bindings are in the right place and on the correct DIN. Seem to be well set up skis, certainly good price, good site advice on what they do before sending. Ps I only fly BA and have lounge access, and have lived in France and Canada and I do like champagne... but UK 'mountain stores', pah (other than for hiking equipment)

  I ordered my Atomic Vantage 77 skis and provided the required detail and they arrived with 7 days and fitted perfectly. I couldn’t find any of this ski of the size I wanted in UK so was very happ with the price and the service. Would definitely use again.

  The company is fine but you are buying from France and if something needs returning, then you need to pay for the postage to the UK and back again - for a helmet that's £40, wiping out any savings of going online. If you know it fits, then great, but otherwise proceed with caution.

  Overall good products, competitive prices. Only thing is that response time to a query took more than 24 hours, which in my case resulted in not being able to add a few more items to the same consignment, costing another 30 euros in postage. Having said that, both packages arrived on time within 24 hours of each other. Cannot rate products as yet as I haven’t used them. They arrived reasonably well packaged and without damage as far as I can ascertain at this time. Hope to use them tomorrow at Adelboden or Kandersteg.

  I’m a complete novice and on a whim fancied trying out XC skiing. I found the search facility a bit rubbish, so it took a while to identify what I was looking for(inexpensive). I managed to order a mix of Nordic gear by mistake (skate and classic). I followed up the order with an email request to check it was compatible gear though and they were quick to reply, pointing out my error. This was followed with more correspondence and phone calls from a lovely helpful guy called Clément, who sorted everything out. Delivery was fast and skis, shoes and sticks seem good quality. I like these guys and would happily recommend them and I would use them again.

  Items comesverry wellpcked, there was no delays in the delivery. Glisshop supply as well tracking number so I was able totrack my parcel all the time. The ski are great,bindings set up, like they said, everything was absolutely wonderfull even the PRICE!!! Many recomends. I will use them again when I will be looking for a set for my kids. Thanks.
