  We are extremely satisfied with iDealwine, we bought more wine as expected as the posting costs remained the same, one could opt for more wine from a large variety of offers, furthermore the wine was here in Germany the next day, thank you for this buying experience and prices were reasonable as well.

  We have used the iDeal wine service three times now and have been positively impressed with the ease of ordering and payment as well as the quality of the packaging and condition of the wines on delivery. We happily recommend using the company as the wines are very competitively priced and the delivery costs are not exorbitant!

  I like iDealwine because it offers me plenty of options finding my favorite wines. Auctions are well organized and delivery is packed in very good manner. I particularly love the option to buy wine and store it with them until I find more to combine it with, which allows me to lower the transportation costs.

  Idealwine deliver very exiting and exelent wines. It’s easy to find good offers and the supply of organic and biodynamic wines is great. The only minus is the very expensive shipping cost to Denmark where I live.

  idealwine.com always disappoints me. The box is in good condition, but the label is dirty and damaged, so I think the wine was sent with a damaged label from the beginning. It's a complete consumer deception. . Moreover, the reward is only 3%... It is said that exchanges or refunds are not possible due to overseas purchases.

  Everything went smoothly. I was a little unclear when I placed an order for an additional 6 bottles on top of the existing 6 bottles, with the delivery price calculated over time. The delivery price for 12 bottles was quoted at €35, but when I placed 2 separate orders, this amount was added to each order separately.

  Things work pretty smoothly in your site, but adding auction wines to other wines to same delivery or wise versa is still quite difficult to do. And once again - why do you have the highest delivery prices of all Wine Webshops in Europe? You are using the same shipping companies as the rest.

  The order was scheduled to be delivered on 25/8 but up to now we still have not received it. FedEx either delivered on the wrong date (24/8) or late on 25/8 which no one was home to receive the delivery. Up to now no door tag or information shared on how to pick up the order! Pls help

Ce qui manquait à la description était que la bouteille était stockée dans des conditions très humides et était donc moisie.   The Shipping and online Service regarding questions was excellent! Super fast response and so patient plus super friendly! Also fast shipping to Germany. The only thing that was confusing to me was the website but that could also just be my stupidity. I had struggles with how to pay and if my order was received because I didn’t get an email after I ordered the wine.

  Opening the website and working through the options and 'pages' was very slow. However, there was a very wide choice and the prices were very competitive. I am happy to have completed the order successfully and the process was relatively simple. We are very pleased with the delivery performance - the packaging was excellent and everything arrived in excellent condition. We will be ordering again!
