  Always I will be happy to buy some wines in your auction. condition is almost perfect. But I don't need champagne boxes. So I want to choose that champagne box Yes I need it or No don't it. Next when I buy some wines I will contact you. And I hope you keep the wines I bought whole 2 month to free. If possible. But 1 month is not bad for me Best Regards

  I'm giving 1 star because there is no option to give less! I did the order and canceled it on the same day, the customer service person confessed via email that they forgot to cancel. I receiving the order in Scotland when I was already in Brazil. I ran out of wine and my money!! I have already sent more than 5 emails, all of them have not been responded. Not trust website…

  Idealwine lost one of my bottles which totally fine, however now one bothered to do anything about it neither to finally ship my wines for two and half week until the money I finally called idealwine myself. This is not a first time this is happening and unfortunately to my clients , they can never be sure about the dates they would receive their bottles. I must thank Ideal for a 30 euro voucher they provided for the delay , however no money could buy my reputation in front of my clients…..

  DPD failed to deliver the package to our designated address; instead, they left it at a nearby store for pick-up. They asserted that no one was home, but this is untrue, and they didn't provide any documentation to confirm their claim. This has become a recurring issue with DPD. I believe that when it comes to wine, which can be quite heavy, such issues should not be a common occurrence.

  Ideal wine has a great selection and an efficient auction and fixed price offering. Delivery works well and is fairly speedy. Two black marks: auction price is inflated by a third, which is not immediately obvious, and too much wrapping is wasted on delivery.

  Everything would be excellent, except their ordering process, as I have collected few orders, I paid for all, but I selected few boxes to be shipped straight away, while others I selected to hold so I could combine in the future with other orders. The next day I checked and realized that I have nothing left on hold as everything is being prepared for immediate shipping. This similar issue has happened twice. On the other hand I have to congratulate customer service, it was Camille who helped me to restore all my orders and I had to select once more what I wish to ship immediately and what to hold to combine with future orders. Also have to mention the quite poor phone call service, it took me 5 tries and one hour and a half for someone to pick up the phone receiver.

  The lot didnt clearly indicate that the wine is in france (especially that i used co.uk website, the uk location is implied). When i contacted support with that i only got confirmation that i have to pay excise and vat when shipping to uk. Thanks cap i am aware of that, i just didn’t know that the wine was NOT in uk already. It just made my wine 23% more expensive so why would i bother with the action at all? There are plenty of shops around :)))

  All works great, however it would be easier for me if i could make the payment for wine and delivery in only one click. I didn’t notice after i payed for the wine that i got a separate email asking for delivery costs to he payed. So it took more than a week longer for me to get my wine delivered. If possibe, that would be a great upgrade.
