Took quite a while to arrive. Perhaps a DHL issue. Product was fine, but delivery prices were excessive even when ordering a fraction of the same item. Items shipped should take into consideration weight etc. and not just charge a standard price.

4 stars for this order but after 2 emails and giving up waiting on the phone I am still waiting for refund for a pack of 4 spark plugs and only received 1. Very difficult to make contact with Mister Auto and therefore I am using this review to make contact.
