Verified reviewNormally, very good service to Ireland. But this time I ordered a radiator. The packaging was the original flimsy cardboard box, which got quite torn/damaged on one end, and crushed in on one whole side. Luckly, the radiator seems ok. Fitting later today! But Mister-Auto really needs to double box radiators for shipping and not rely on the component maker's (Valeo) packaging !

Verified reviewI've never left a review on anything before, good or bad. But this was ridiculous. Ordered break-light bulbs, arrived a month late. When they did arrive, all of the bulbs were loose inside the packaging and two of them were smashed. I almost cut myself on the broken glass.

Verified reviewThe range and prices are good. The website isn’t bad. The app is awful. It managed to change my sex, get my name back to front, and totally garble my address. Delivery is a bit slower than i expected (about a week in my case). Irritating that neither the app nor the website remembers items placed in the basket and that you can’t add items to an order after it’s sent. Still, knowing all these drawbacks, it’s likely I will use the service again sometime.

Verified reviewThe App is painful to use but you get free delivery. The website is much easier to use and navigate. So end up using the web site to search for parts, then type the part numbers into the app to get the free delivery.

I tried calling you but was waiting over 30 minutes and then got cut off and could not find any email address anywhere. The part missing corteco part no Ht300c was only 4.41 euro worth but what was annoying was the empty box for it was in the order.
