  This was the first time I ordered fro Motostorm and they provided outstanding customer service via email when I had a couple of questions after the order. Additionally, the web site provided suggestions for additional items to consider when I selected the main I was looking for and that was very helpful. Lastly, the order was shipped promptly and came in perfect condition! Kudos to all the folks at Motostorm!

  Fantastic prices, and unexpectedly fast shipping to Canada. They even folded up the original boxes for 2 Helite vests and used them as additional padding so they could fit everything in a single smaller box, but still make sure I got the original packaging. I will definitely buy from Motostorm again as I saved around 40% over what my purchase would have cost buying it in Canada and it came basically as fast as my orders from any Canadian retailers.

  speed is fast and product is well packed. i cannot believe to have this delivered within 4 days all the way from Italy to Australia. and it is even faster than the expected delivery date. however, please pay attention for all buyers in AUSTRALIA!!! IF THIS PRODUCT IS MORE THAN $1000 AUD, it will be taxed and the total outgoing will be 15% on top of the purchase price. so, i guess i will keep using this website if buy thing below $1000 in the future.. also regarding the product itself, it feels like genuine, but i feel it's slighty different to the one i tried in the store in australia. the size feel like looser than aussie one? not sure why but i guess it;s simply because of the production batch and the nature shape of the leather. i hope it can protect me no matter where.

  Although prices are competitive expect to wait an unreasonably long time for your order. Two weeks from ordering until dispatch and then a further two weeks before the items were delivered, which I find unacceptable. I’ve ordered from other companies in Italy and received my goods within less than a week in Northern Ireland. I sent several emails requesting updates and information on my order and received no response, so a definite lack of communication. In future I would prefer to pay a little extra to a more reliable and dependable company as I sincerely doubt that I will use Motostorm again.

  Ordered the hand guards for my CB500X 2023. Shipping was fast and got the parts within 10 days in Canada. Price and customs fees were decent. Would recommend anytime to do business with motostorm internationally. The fitting chart says 2019-2021 but it fits 2022-2023 as well. Gracie Mille por tutto !

  Site is square, navigation is intuitive, I know this because I didn't have to think or look to do what I was trying to do. Shipping was fast given that it had to go through customs. My only criticism here is that the packing list was on the exterior and listed the prices and exact parts, sort of makes it easy for "porch pirates", but otherwise it was all well packed and no damage. The part I ordered was the "Dakar" exhaust for the Yamaha T7. The exhaust sounds great, it's not too loud but it is loud enough to hear on the saddle, it keeps the nice little barks that the stock exhaust has but improves on it, also I like that it's more tucked in compared to the factory. Some notes on the product, the screws that mount the exhaust canister to the bracket are stainless steel, and were already "galling" I think adding a small packet of some sort of anti galling compound or even a note in the directions that it's needed would be an improvement. The washers for these same screws could be "Nord-Lock" style as this type of locking washer will never come loose from vibrations. Still, this was all good stuff, great work! Just some ideas for improvement.

  Supostamente a encomenda era para sair dia 3 de junho e nao saiu. Depois de mandar um email, para saber o atraso, nao me foi respondido ate hoje. Mas a review do trustpilot e do google responderam num dia. Depois disseram que nao demorou um més. Eu ainda nao recebi o produto. Se existiram atrasos, não me foram comunicados. Foi a primeira e ultima vez.

  I used Motostorm for the first time. I am very happy that I was able to get the product I wanted. However, the shipping fee was high, so I would have been happier if I could have chosen a cheaper shipping method, such as surface mail. With that said, I gave it 4 stars.
