  Order placed with expected delivery on the 7th now the parcel it’s been delayed for another week. Needed my order for my trip , now had to order another one from a different seller just to have it in time for my trip. UPS not helpful with delivery, I think they use donkeys lately

  The item I ordered was listed as in stock. Then after a few days I saw my order was on hold. Turns out the item wasn’t in stock after all. At 1st I was aggravated and behind schedule with work on my bike. Their customer support person was great. She apologized for the lateness and explained that there were weather emergencies in their area and it was causing problems with shipments. She was helpful and informative and prevented this from being a bad experience. Thank you J! I have taken a star off for not having accurate inventory displayed on their website. This seems to be a problem everywhere these days.

  今回が海外ショップから直接の購入だった言うことが、アクセプトメールが英語ということで気づきました。海外のショップが初めてだったことで商品が届くまで大変心配でした。 前置きはこのくらいにして今回購入の商品ですが、自分のバイクは2023年式で商品説明にある2019年式と異なっていたため想定通り取り付け出来るか心配でしたが30分程度ですんなり完了しました。 取り付け後、300kmほどドライブし、サイドバッグの機能として想定通りであることを確認しました。 バッグですが、外観は画像どおりでおしゃれな感じです。丈夫な革で作られているのでサイドバッグとして申し分ないですが、バイクから取り外して持ち歩くには、かなり重いのと未だ革が馴染んでいないせいか取り回しは硬く感じられました。 まぁ、全体を通して満足レベルでした。

  El casco está muy bien , se ajusta con la descripción, pero llegó con un golpecito, envié fotos por email a Motostorm para ver cómo lo podíamos solucionar y ni siquiera me han contestado, una gran decepción con ellos, creí que eran más profesionales. Con el caso esto contenta, se ve de muy buena calidad, aunque por ese inconveniente no estoy satisfecha del todo, no recomendaré esta tienda. Al casco le doy 5 estrellas pero a ellos solo las 3 que he marcado.

  I ordered the item on May 13, 2023 , shipping date schedule was May 23, 2023 and i got an email on May 31, 2023 that the Helmet which i have ordered is out of stock, i was little upset as why it allowed me to order it in first place if it was out of stock. But never the less, i was given the equivalent option and got another Helmet with in few days. I am going to buy from here again.

  Muy mal comunicación. Compre el casco 2 de mayo, en este momento había el producto en stock. Lo enviaron 16 de mayo ( 6 días después de la fecha programada) y ningún correo de aviso en estas dos semanas por la tardancia. Además el casco costo 286 euros y al recibir en México me cobraron 120 euros de aranceles. Para que tenga en cuenta que para envíos internacionales tienen que contemplar este gasto.

El sitio indicaba el envio para el 10 de Mayo antes que usted finalizarà el pedido y tardamos 6 dìas de esta fecha. Los aranceles tambien estan indicados en nuestro sitio web y en el correo electornico de confirmaciòn cuando se hacen pedidos en Motostorm. Todos los paises afuera de la Union Europea no pagan IVA cuando compran en Europa, tendràn que pagarsela a su pais antes de la entrega.

I ordered a Helite motorcycle jacket for home delivery to rural USA and was apprehensive about this unknown Italian website but I was positively surprised.   I ordered a set of Termi exhaust and when they arrived they did not fit. Carol contacted Termignoni and found out I needed a set of adapters and had them shipped out to me right away. Customer service is excellent, everything was well packaged for shipping with tracking numbers. Communication with their customers is excellent. Would highly recommend Motostorm.

  I really like the gloves and helmet I bought. It's a bit disappointing when it comes to apparel though. Because I made a mistake in choosing the size. I think it would be better if the length and width of the garment were known when describing the apparel. hope to improve

  There seems to have been some confusion with shipping within the EU. Customs clearance also took some time, but it finally arrived. I just put it on. I was able to install it on the 2022 model REBEL (2BL-PC60) without any problems. thank you very much. I look forward to working with you.

  I ordered an electronic airbag vest and it came quickly, but without the proprietary charging cable making it useless. I emailed I soon as I received it, but have not heard back.

  The bracket is nicely made and everything fits together well. Installation straight forward. Just take your time. Have not been out on a ride just yet but expect no problems 🤞
