  If ordering from UK beware of the additional customs cost you’ll have to pay, The cost is mentioned on the site but the delivery charge to Uk I thought covered it but just been charge £76 on top of a £370 pair of boots. The site needs to make this clearer to see if it’s worthwhile, Motostorm eventually got back to me about a delay in delivery but only after chasing so it been nearly 3 weeks instead of the 7 days advertised. Boots are good quality, service good eventually I’d be wary of using again just beyond the customs cost that’s not clear at the time of ordering

The UK has been out of the EU for a few years now, the conditions of sale have changed since then for orders in all of the European community.

  I did say that it’s mention but having an indication of the cost for customs is needed. It roughly an additional 30-40%, so UK customers need to factor this into the overall cost, My boots were £400+ in the end, not sure I’d have gone ahead if I’d known this up front.

  Excellent service. We are an Australian customer and it took only a week to get TWO HELMETS delivered to Melbourne. Only "caution" is that there was a separate charge to UPS for GST (plus some additional small charges - approx total 15%). We didn't understand that at time of ordering. HOWEVER the ordering process and shipping/delivery was very easy and fast. Very happy and will be ordering other items in the future

  No contact for more than 10 days from the scheduled shipping date. However, the response after the inquiry from us was polite. As a result, the arrival was delayed by one month from the original schedule, UPS transportation was quick and it was about 6 days from shipment to arrival, and it was in time for use.

  Great quality products that were an excellent fit to my make and model of motorcycle. All items were well packaged and wrapped. Boxes were strong and held up to world wide shipping. Shipping and delivery was faster than expected. All orders were complete and included comprehensive installation instructions. Installation of all was easy. I ordered GIVI panniers with attaching hardware along with a GIVI rear rack for my XSR700. The panniers and rack look great, greatly enhancing the appearance of my motorcycle. The items ordered were somewhat expensive, but true quality comes at a price. I have no regrets and highly recommend this vendor.
