  Lotterally the only issue I had was I'm in the u.s. and my bank flagged me for making the purchase since they're based in Italy. Otherwise I'm blown away that i received my luggage rack in just about 3 daslys

  Ordered a Vespa GTS genuine rear rack which came as described on site - very responsive and precise communication with the seller. Needed to wait a bit for the delivery since ordered item was not on stock, but as soon as Motostorm got hands on it - item was immediately shipped, which took approx 3 - 4 working days for delivery from ITA to LV. Definitely will order again and can recommend to others! Keep up the good work- thanks!

  I couldn't get a company based in the United States to ship a Givi windscreen to Alaska. Motostorm did and they did it fast. The shipping was expensive but they had what I wanted and got it here in less than a week. I have used them before and I will use them again.

  I am very impressed with both orders from Motostorm of the Shad Pannier Holder, and the Shad TR40 Side Cases, which I received relatively quick from Italy I believe, in just 5 days. Everything arrived complete and in excellent condition, and the Shad system is also high quality. I wanted to give Motostorm 4.5 Stars, with the remaining .5 Star tossed due to not being able to get an email response about inquiries. Regardless, thanks Motostorm for a great experience.

  Very fast shipping, product as described. Only complaint is that the original helmet box (with no padding around the helmet), was simply placed in a bigger box with no packaging material. Since it was a helmet I wish they used some cushioning material like styrofoam or air bags protect it from any impact.

  From finding the product through to ordering and delivery that was exactly the time given by the way. This service was seamless and trouble free. The tracking availability was also helpful and precise. I would and will defiantly use again . Five stars from me.

  The delivery performance was terrible. The jacket was finally received a month later than the promised date. Emails to them went unanswered. Phone calls resulted in polite apologies but no result.

  We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused - the item was not in stock and it was ordered from the manufacturer and there were delays in production that caused this situation. We tried to keep you updated based on the information we were given and I apologize if it was not enough. We will try to do better.
