  I ordered the 4USCite Termi full exhaust system for my Panigale V4 on a Tuesday afternoon. It was delivered by Friday to my house. Be aware that import fees for large purchases will be required but for my over 3k purchase this was less than $100 US for shipping to Florida. You cannot beat their prices, service, shipping, and service. I will always consider them the first option in the future. Thank you Motostorm

  The FedEx delivery is awful. No response, no notification in advance, no reasonable link to pay taxes and duties online. Some guy calls you and asks your credit card number. He requires to text him. Not secure and not safe

  I kept keeping watch of the FedEx tracking and After 7 days and no change in the shipping progress chart. First I tried using their "My orders" page but it is very generic and couldn't get anywhere. I finally e-mailed Motostrom about whether the item had been shipped yet or not, Vula! The next day I got an e-mail saying it was on the way. After that it took another full week to get my order. So in conclusion, I can understand the order taking some time being from another country but they completely dropped the ball by not placing the order until I contacted them plus there generic website. I'll never use them again nor recommend.

  I was very pleased to find a helmet on sale in the size that was hard to find. I received a rapid shipping estimate date and was skeptical that it would go out so fast. FedEx was slow to post movement of my article, which initially gave me some doubts about the store. To my surprise the article arrived five days after placing the order traveling from Italy to Dallas Texas. FedEx showed it out for delivery when it's last listed movement was still in Italy. So thumbs up to Moto storm for prompt shipping and a good outcome for me. FedEx may be slow to report movements, and this is not the fault of Moto storm. I would have no doubts about ordering from Moto storm again and would recommend it to my friends.

  It was my first time to use an overseas mail order, so I was a little worried, but the explanation on the site was easy to understand in Japanese, and my inquiries were handled smoothly and very conscientiously. I was able to install the purchased muffler without any problems. I am satisfied that I can buy it cheaper than buying it in Japan. I regret buying a GIVI case from a Japanese site a few months ago. I wish I had known about this site sooner. thank you very much. I still want to use it.

  Living in the US I was skeptical about buying from Motostorm, since the Givi Canyon panniers were way cheaper than what I would pay in the US. There was a slight delay with the shipping, but they let me know in time and as soon as the product was available I received it in 3 days!!! Amazing customer experience!

  Wonderful experience. I was cautious about buying something from a vendor outside the US. All concerns are gone. They did excellent!   The product was just as described, and it arrived very quickly....but the gloves run a little small (and yes, I checked the sizing chart). Both my son and I thought the fit was small so ended up keeping his size L and wanted to return the size M I ordered for myself...but in order to return it I have to ship it back to Italy...and that will cost me more than half of what the gloves are worth....so I am going to keep them and see if I can sell them locally. I don't mind paying a restock fee....but $50 to internationally ship the items to receive less than 50% of what I paid is not great.
