  I ordered mirrored blue visor, however, visor I received is nowhere near to product pictures on the website. Visor is just slightly tinted and have hint of blue to it, but mostly transparent. Not mirrored at all. Would return, but returning from UK is not feasible due to costs applied in return policy.

Search need little bit of work as when I used part of the name of product to find similar items, it didnt find the original items I copied name from. Would be great have one additional field in address, I needed put name of company to address as on address there are more of them, but fedex just called and asked me so no problem with delivery.

  Motostorm is always quick and prompt at shipping orders. The prices are always competitive or better than the market. I ordered Klim switchback pants from them, surprisingly Motostorm is the only place where it is not backordered, nowhere to be found in the entire US! Love doing business with them.

  First time to order at Motostorm and I am not disappointed. Customer service is great, catering to all my queries and request. Initially ordered a Dainese Laguna Seca 5 before finally deciding to go for the new Alpinestars GP Plus V4 instead. Contacted Andrea and she assisted me all throughout the process. Since I also decided to order some gloves to go along with the suit, they decided to issue me a refund instead so that I am free to change/add to my order to avoid confusion. I did receive an email confirmation that the refund was processed but was informed the refund will usually take 7-10 days. So I’m still waiting for that to be credited back to my credit card. Other than that, everything went smooth and my order arrived on the promised leadtime of 6-8 days in the Philippines.

  We are truly sorry for the delay in shipment of your order. We informed you each and everytime there was a change in the arrival date from the manufacturer - offering also the immediate cancellation and refund of the order and you agreed to wait for it as it was out of stock everywhere. The part took a long time to be available from the manufacturer as they were missing raw materials and this caused a delay in arrival.

  I ordered the Ready Luxe seat by Bagster for my SV650. The seat is definitely an upgrade from the stock seat. My order shipped ahead of time and not only that it was quick shipping. Only took two days to get to my doorstep in the U.S. I will definitely use Motorstorm again in the future.
