  Motostorm always has great prices and excellent service. It took about a week for my order to ship, but it arrived in Japan just three days later and the customs charge was minimal, as usual. The one thing that could be improved is the site's search engine. If often doesn't show products even though Motostorm has them. I often get better results using Google, naming the item and adding Motostorm.

  I purchased an Arrow Sonora Titanium Approved Slip on. I received Arrow exhaust and when I opened up the parcel was shocked to find the parcel had been already opened and the contents were a used Arrow exhaust! The first thing I noticed was that the fitting bracket has scratch marks where it has been mounted and over-tightened against a washer. Inside the main fitting bracket, there are a lot of fine scratches where it's been fitted! I noticed there was an impact on the exhaust gasket flange and looking down the exhaust you can see the residue of exhaust gasses (black soot) and corrosion. Tried emailing them no response! I have put this purchase in dispute with PayPal.

  On the Termignoni slip on I bought, their price was unbeatable even including shipping to Canada. They are not the fastest to ship but is it always necessary to receive a package next day?? I received it 14 days after placing my order and I feel it’s ok. They could improve on email answer though. That’s why I gave them 4 stars. I recommend if your not in absolute rush😉

  I ordered the items on 22.02. and not on 08.03. and had to follow up 14days later, as I didn't receive a dispatch notice, though the order was confirmed on 22.02. Someone internally stuffed up. Quality endurance could ensure packing and distribution happens pronto, not after the customer chases the order (14days after). Otherwise transport with FedEx was topclass and goods arrived well as ordered in excellent condition.

  Their prices are dishonest, they imply that they include vat but then don't, making you pay a penalty to the shipper to receive your shipment. I would warn others not to use motostorm.it while they maintain this unsavory practice!

  The UK is not a part of the EU since January 2020 and since then everytime anyone buys from the EU, they do not pay taxes to us – but they are requested to pay Custom charges – we indicate this in the website and in the confirmation email the customer receives once the order is placed for anyone that might not know this.

  That is only received after the purchase has already been made. On the check out it explicitly says the Shipping and Tax (vat.) to the UK is 17euros but you are not actually including any tax or vat in that. this is more then just dishonest its fraud!!!!
