  I asked that UPS delivery man call me on the phone before delivering the package at home. They did not. I had to pick it up at a delivery point that was a disaster and I had to go twice because they couldn't find it the first time. Nothing funny!

  This was my first order with Motostorm. Found the boots that I wanted for a great price, great shipping and service. I received my order in the U.S. four days after I ordered it in Italy.   The UK is not a part of the EU since January 2020 therefore our Uk clients do not pay Vat when purchasing from our store but they are requested to pay Custom charges by the uk government on delivery– we indicate this on our website and in the confirmation email the customer receives once the order is placed.

  Up until now, i haven’t recieve my orders. Customs held my orders due to discrepancies on my receipt and declared value. It’s my first time to experience this with FedEx, i have no bad experiences with my previous orders with UPS.

  I gave 4 cuz of the prices I would’ve gave 5 stars but it took way too long to ship and it was ship in a small box the jacket is all wrinkled. Looks like a return from someone else. Would I shop from there again? Absolutely the jacket is fine prices are Awsome I just hope they can work better when it comes to shipping and labeling. Thanks MOTOSTORM for the jacket at half price.   All UK users please make sure you refer to the motostorm website payment page https://www.motostorm.it/en/payments.html before you order. Otherwise, you will find that Fedex charges about 25% in addition even on zero rated items such as helmets. This is NOT made clear at the point of purchase and, should you query it, you will be given a link to this page and basically told to get lost. Although I have always been impressed with Motostorm this time I have been mislead and it would have been less expensive to buy this helmet from Motor Legends.

  As per our earlier emails I dispute that the purchaser should have to drill down into your website to find out that I will be charged VAT on an item that is zero rated. I have forwarded you the link to the relevant guidance note. I also dispute the fact that your confirmation email states this. I sent you a screen shot of my confirmation email. It is written in Italian (fair enough) and has no statement about the customs charges. In addition to the above I have always said that these conditions need to be me tiined at the point of sale, ie in the checkout screen. Looking into this further I can still see that I should not need to pay VAT. I suspect that you have filled out the customs declaration incorrectly but as I have previously stated I can see that you are not prepared to accept any responsibility or even to look at the fact that something may have gone wrong here.

  It was not stated upfront that I would have to pay gst as a separate payment half way through shipping. Then once I received my order it was damaged, I sent photos and email but have not received a reply :( not happy about that for over $1400 on an item Shipping updates was frequent and did not take too long considering the distance. If they send a non damaged part I will edit this review However will not purchase from again until I get at least an acknowledgement/reply or replacement part

Orders over 1000 are subject to GST taxes which is collected by your government. As you can see you were not charged these taxes by us so it is normal that you have to pay on delivery.

  Ordering was easy. The product shipped within 2 days and arrived 2 days later. I was actually surprised how fast it arrived in Florida since it was shipping from Italy.   I have waited for my order for more than 5 days to be shipped.I guess the item was not readily available, but Motostorm answered all my inquiries and helped me through the process. I received my Gaerne boots 5 days later after I got a tracking number. I have already ordered from Motostorm in the past and will still continue to shop for my moto gear in the future.

  Fantastic service, fast delivery, genuine products and competitive pricing. Fuss free shopping and wide ranger of products to chose from. Only downside is, they send couple of packages thru FedEx which was far more economical (including customs, clearance and shipping charges) than UPS, not sure why choose UPS they charge hefty amount on their own Admin fee, disbursement fee and so on. I would recommend to keep using FedEx as they are economical while receiving package in the destination country and charges less for clearing consignments thru customs.
