  Great shad pannier brackets and by far the best price for Aprilia Tuareg 2022 pannier brackets. Delivery from Italy to Australia was quick. Only issue is the packaging for the nuts and bolts comes apart easily and some were missing

  Look and style wise the helmet is undoubtedly the best helmet. But when it comes to the quality of the visor and chin guard, I reckon it is not built to offer any protection. The helmet is pretty light so good for long summer rides. But I would recommend to go for a size larger than your usual one. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5.

  You guys used the same photos for the Pan Am Special and the Non Special models of your brake extension mounted on the bike . I saw you were listing it to fit the Pan America, photos showing it mounted on the same brake pedal my special has and ordered it . Did not go thru the check fitment process and find the Special is actually a different part number. Shame on me for relying on your photos and not checking more. Shame on you for being to lazy to show the part for a non special installed on a non special bike on the web site. I expected a little more from SW Motech.

  The shipping updates were timely and appreciated. However, panic set in when FedEx contacted me about needing a broker to release the helmet. Perhaps this was an oversight on the Motorsport end because after emailing Motorsport, the issue was resolved immediately. I am in Canada and got the helmet in less than a week! If there was a rating between good and excellent, it would be that because you solved my problem quickly. Thank you!!!

  They never provided proper shipping information to customs. Did not reply or return emails to me when I reached out to them . I spent weeks navigating details needed to get item delivered . When helmet was delivered there were additional shipping brokerage fees I had to pay on top of it all. This was the absolute worst experience I ever had on an order ever . I will never buy from Motostorm ever again .

The order was shipped on the same day as it was placed. Ups had problems contacting you. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. I had just been scammed a few days prior ordering with you, but I did my research and found out you were a legitimate company, so I gave it a shot.   Information given on expected delivery and duration was very excellent and precise. It's understandable that shipping charges are still a bit on the high side during these post covid times, but its well worth the amount paid. Received my order in excellent condition.   I recently purchased a bagster seat for my suzuki sv650 and received it in five days! The seat was packaged very well to prevent shipping damage. The bagster seat looks great on my bike,and although i haven't ridden it yet i did sit on it back to back.it feels more comfortable than the factory seat.
