  All I can say is this place will find your hard to get parts !!! they found me in my replacement agv Pista custom spoiler for my helmet with a custom graphics on it. Unavailable from AGV .they got it shipped to my door within three weeks 100% satisfied, I totally recommend this company five stars

  I had a really great experience buying a pair of Dainese boots from Europe to the US. They delivered surprisingly quickly for a very good price. I usually try to find things locally, but this was a harder to find item and I’d definitely buy from MotoStorm again.

  I live in California and an an acid cyclist. I was looking for a specific Abus helmet. In the US the helmet is out of stock. I was able to find it at Motostorm. I thought it would take a long time to get here from Italy, but to my surprise the helmet arrived in less than a week and fits perfectly. Molto Grazie

  I was very surprised, that I had to search abroad to find a replacement visor for my helmet, but was very glad to give the business to Motostorm.   Very bad customer service. Very arrogant Wrong declaration of the item I ordered as "motorcycle accessories" resulted in huge import/customs fees I have to pay. The item I ordered should have been declared as Clothes rather than motorcycle accessories.

  site was relatively easy to use. the image showed blue boots but the text said 'black'. i wanted the black ones anyway and theyre the ones the showed up. i am a 10.5 to 11 US and dianese's 44 is fitting me perfect. also i called their CS # cause i was afraid my order didnt go through somehow and i was able to reach them from the US. and pretty fast ship too--ordered jan 22, shipped feb 2 ( a bit late) and arrived feb 7

  My order was actually a replacement part. Unfortunately I requested the part during the holiday break. When I got in touch with customer service, I was given a price in euros understandably. I used the conversion rate calculator to determine what is to be paid in USD. The figure I came up with was different than what was sent to me on an invoice by (7) seven USD. I sent an email to motostorm representative Andrea to question the amount. She indicated "the system" calculated the amount. I then made a phone call to speak with Andrea personal to inform her that I believe I was being over charged. She indicated that "the system" gives the amount and that there was nothing she could do. I explained to her that I have done many transactions in many differny currencies and that the conversion is always correct and if she would ask her management to evaluate this transaction. She indicated that she works there at Motostorm, (which I already knew( and that she can not go to her management and raise the question regarding "the system" and she added that I was welcome to not follow through with my order,..as if I didn't know that either. It is my belief that Andrea was dismissive of my concers and dispute of the charges and offered no real solution other than to give me a "Take it or leave it" type of attitude. I found this unsettling but I didn't want to argue back and forth with her and just paid the amount. To add insult to injury Andrea didn't request the hardware needed with my replacement part which was the carbon fiber exhaust shield that fell off of my Termignoni exhaust system. The reason it fell off is due to the "hardware" coming loose. It's common sense that is needed. When I informed her that she didn't order it, she claimed I didn't request it. I sent her my original email that clearly stated I needed the hardware, she claimed she didn't get that email. Then how did she know I requested the carbon shield? I'm sure Andrea is a good employee, she just failed in my opinion with my particular order. I spoke with Andrea regarding the hardware and I have not gotten a response going on two weeks now. I won't be bothering her again and I understand she won't be getting the hardware for me.

  Very good product, fast shipping, only one point. I did’n not understand before I revieved a call from Fedex, that the sales taxes were not included with shipping. And when i start the order, the shipping prise past from 58,97$to -130$. So I thook the country taxes are included in the shipping Price. So at this moment, the deal were not very interesting.   I initially had doubts about the store but I am certainly satisfied with the service.I bought the sena 50c from motostorm. It was 220aus cheaper than everywhere else even after shipping costs. UPS updates were accurate in my case My order arrived on time and was neatly packaged, already installed and in use.
