  Great product, great delivery to the UK. But OW! those post-Brexit import charges and duties. Added £40 to the cost of my boots on top of the delivery charge. Yes its buried away in the post-purchase decision small print but why not be more upfront (and a little more transparent on whether quoted headline prices are thus free of Euro-zone taxes).

  I have ordered from Motostorm twice already and they did not disappoint. You get what you order, and delivery is very quick at that. Less than a week from across the globe!   This full exhaust kit is AWESOME! It fit perfectly to my 2020 Yamaha MT-03. It gives off a Cafe-racer sound. Low growl at idle, with a medium punch when given throttle. My buddies compliment my bike when they hear it, and it gives my bike a completely new look. You will need to kiss the engine fairing goodbye, but it’s totally worth it. Also allows easier access to the oil filter. I love love love it!!!

  I purchased a battery charger from Motostorm and they sent me a round Euro 240 volt plug in unit, unusable in North America. Customer Service will not respond. $230 plus $30 shipping. Completely unusable and they want me to pay $40 more to send it back. Nice!

There is a statement on our website as well as in your order confirmation regarding the possibility in some cases that the local customs ask you to pay for duties. The bill is sent from customs through the transport company directly to the recipient. The delay was not caused by this practice, but by the fact that the transport company had to face hughe volumes during Christmas/New Year. We are very sorry you had to wait longer than usual for the delivery that normally is very quick and smooth.

  Yo pedí, tal como figura en el pedido y en la factura, almohadillado interior para casco Nolan 104 EVO, talla M, y me han enviado un modelo que la parte de la frente no se corresponde con el casco Nolan 104 EVO, porque hay una pieza de plastico que en el original estaba y que en el que me han enviado ustedes no está, que es precisamente la que hace que el almohadillado se sujete con el casco, por esto es que no es el mismo, y si quieren les mando una foto para que lo puedan comprobar

  I couldn't be happier with my order from Motostorm. They were probably the only online store who knew that a different lever arm was required to make a reverse shift kit fit the V4 Multistrada Pikes Peak and shipped everything immediately after I placed the order.
