  I live in California and I found a great deal on some boots at Motostorm. I was worried that the int'l shipping would take a long time, but it was way faster than expected. I got a great deal, and the boots took less than a week to get from Motostorm to my feet. Excellent.

  Motostorm has been one of the best online stores to deal with. The website is up to date and show item available accurately. Shipping is fast when item is in stock. Most of all, the Customer Service is quick to respond and is pleasant to deal with. I plan to order more items from Motostorm in the future.

  Quick shipping to USA, the product is amazing and considerably cheaper than any distributor in the US. From the time of purchase to the time of delivery at my door, well, it was lightning fast. It’s fair to say I received my Rizoma Stealth Mirrors quicker than I would have ordering them locally.

  Good website, order shipped promptly and was well packed when delivered. I ordered 4 items. Unfortunately I did not receive the main item I ordered, I got a different bag to what I ordered. Whoever picked the order grabbed the wrong SW Motec bag. I've alerted Motostorm and am now waiting to see what they will do to fix this. This is the reason for 2 of 5 stars. As this was an international order it is now a massive inconvenience to return the order and wait another 3-4 weeks for the bag I actually ordered to be shipped and delivered.

  I love this site and the products they sell. From Italy to Florida, the transport time doesn’t take too long. The products are always in great shape. My last order was a Givi helmet. It is a new brand for me, but so far it might be my favorite! The comfort level compared to my last helmet (AGV pista GP) is better.

  I’m very impressed with the buying process and delivery. There was a delay with the helmet being dispatch, but after chasing up with Motostorm, I learnt this was due to Shoei not shipping deliveries in August. Once dispatched, helmet arrived from Italy to Sydney in 6 days.

  International customer from Canada. Very good communication service with motostorm, email replies in less than 48 hrs. Product shipped and at my door in less than 5 days. Would have given 5 stars but processing time took 2 weeks because of shutdown at suppliers. Not totally their fault but I expected 1 week processing time for a product listed as in stock.

  Very glad with my purchase through Motostorm. Originally placed order for a race suit was out of stock, but after some follow up with the very helpful customer service, they were accommodating in offering alternate suits at a reasonable discount. Upon confirmation the shipment was dispatched within the day and delivered within 3 to Malaysia. Will definitely revisit motorstorm for future purchases.

  Couldn't be happier. Ordered 2 Sena M1 Evo smart helmets. Not available in the UK so a bit dubious about ordering from Italy. Very smooth transaction. Fast dispatch and good comms. letting me know my order status. Good price too. I can recommend Motostorm.it and would use them again.

  I’d been looking for a Smith helmet for sometime and found a suitably priced one at Motostorm There was a hiccup on the colour I selected but the shop gave me details of a different colour in the size I needed Once it was sorted it was promptly despatched and I received it very quickly It was well packed and received in great condition I found the staff at Motostorm helpful polite and sincerely genuine
